Biography

Jeffrey Kahan completed his Ph.D. at the Shakespeare Institute, University of Birmingham, in 1993. Dr. Kahan is the author of Reforging Shakespeare: The Story of a Theatrical Scandal (Associated University Presses, 1998) and New Shakespeare, "Now With Added Lustre “: Shakespeare Imitations and Forgeries 1710- 1820 (3 vols. Routledge, 2004), and co-editor of The Compendium of Renaissance Drama (forthcoming, 2004). He is Associate Professor at the University of La Verne.
